    What We Repair

A worn interior knocks the value off your car and makes every drive feel old. You do not need to buy a new seat or live with duct tape on a tear. Most damage can be repaired so it blends in cleanly.

Torn seams along a bolster, a driver seat worn through from years of getting in and out, cigarette burns in the cloth, cracked leather on a steering wheel or armrest. Ripped door panels, worn centre consoles, scuffed carpet. These are the jobs that come through our shop every week, and most of them leave looking close to factory again.

We work on leather, vinyl, cloth, carpets, headliners, and dashboards. If it is inside your car and it is damaged, send us a photo and we will tell you honestly what it takes to fix it.

    Leather Repair & Recolouring

A cracked or scuffed leather panel does not mean the whole seat is finished. Most of the time we repair the damaged panel and recolour it to match the rest, instead of replacing the entire seat cover.

We match the colour and the grain of your original leather so the repair blends in rather than standing out. The dyes and compounds we use are made for automotive interiors, which means they flex with the leather and hold up to heat and sun without cracking or peeling the way a generic repair kit will.

Repairing one panel is a fraction of the cost of a full retrim, and on most daily drivers you would be hard pressed to spot the difference. When a retrim is genuinely the better call, we tell you before we start.

    Headliners, Trim & Carpet

The sagging headliner is the most common job we see. The fabric drops down and brushes your head because the foam backing has failed, not because the fabric is worn. Gluing the old fabric back up never holds. We strip the old fabric and foam and replace the headliner properly, so it stays put for years.

Beyond headliners we repair door cards, pillar trim, shift boots, and steering wheels. Worn carpet gets patched or replaced where the driver's heel has rubbed through. Armrests and centre consoles get rebuilt or recovered instead of thrown out.

If a trim panel is rattling loose, faded, or coming apart at the seams, it can almost always be saved for less than the price of a new one from the dealer.

    Repair or Reupholster?

One damaged panel almost always means a repair. A single tear, a burn hole, a cracked bolster, a scuffed door card, a sagging headliner, these are all repair jobs, and a repair is the cheaper and faster path.

Reupholstering the whole seat is the better call when multiple panels are failing, the foam has gone soft or collapsed, or the leather is so dried out across the entire seat that a spot repair would just stand out. In that case a full retrim gives you a seat that looks and feels new again.

The honest answer is: we will look at the damage and tell you which one makes sense. We do not upsell a full retrim when a repair will do, and we will not patch something that is only going to fail again next year.
