Paintless dent repair is how we pull a dent out without ever touching the paint. A technician reaches behind the panel with specially shaped tools and slowly massages the metal back to its original shape from the inside. No filler, no sanding, no repainting.

PDR works best on smooth, shallow dents where the paint is still intact. Door dings, parking lot dents, and small hail damage are the sweet spot. It is fast and it keeps your factory finish, which matters for resale value.

It does not work on everything. A sharp crease, cracked paint, or a dent right on a panel edge usually needs paint. We will tell you straight which one yours is before we start.

Some dents cross the line where paintless repair will not give you a clean result. If the metal is creased sharply, the clear coat has cracked, or the dent sits on a body line or panel edge, the finish has to be repaired and repainted.

That is a bigger job, but it is still not a full body shop ordeal. We fix the dent, feather the damaged paint, colour-match to your factory code, and respray just the affected panel. The rest of your car stays untouched.

The honest call is what we do. If PDR will work and save you money, we say so. If it needs paint, we tell you why and show you the difference.

A touch-up fills a chip or scratch with matched paint so it blends in and stops rust from starting. It will not look brand new under a magnifying glass, but from a normal distance it disappears. For rock chips on a hood or a keyed door, a touch-up is the smart, honest fix.

A full panel respray is the right call when the damage is too large or too visible for a touch-up. Deep scratches across a whole panel, faded clear coat, or a repair that needs bodywork underneath all call for a proper respray and clear coat.
