How the Claim Works
You only need to make the first call to your insurer to get a claim number. Once you have that number, drop off your vehicle with us. We take over from there. We communicate directly with the insurance adjuster, write the repair estimate, take the photos, and secure the work approvals. You only have one phone number to call—ours.

How long does an accident repair take? It comes down to the damage and parts availability. A bolt-on bumper or fender swap takes a few days. Deep structural repairs take longer. We give you a clear, honest timeline before we pick up a tool.

Collision & Structural Repair
Modern vehicles are built with unibody frames designed to crush in specific zones during an impact to protect passengers. Even a moderate bump can push a frame rail out of alignment, pinch door gaps, or shift suspension mounting points.
Our shop uses dedicated laser measuring benches to check your vehicle against factory blueprint specs down to the millimetre. If the frame or unibody moved, we pull and straighten it back into its exact original geometry so your car tracks straight and crashes safely in any future collision.
We always make the right call between repairing a damaged panel and replacing it with a new OEM piece. Outer sheet metal like doors, fenders, and quarter panels are repaired whenever metal memory allows. If high-strength steel reinforcement bars or crash boxes are bent, we replace them completely.
What makes a car a total loss? In Quebec, insurers write off a vehicle when the cost of parts, labour, and rental car coverage nears 70% to 80% of its actual cash value. If your vehicle is on the borderline, we walk you through the numbers plainly and help you decide what makes sense.
Paint Matching & Refinishing

Factory paint does not stay one color forever. Sun, road salt, and age fade automotive clear coats over time. We pull the exact OEM paint formula from your vehicle’s VIN, then scan the surrounding bodywork with digital spectrophotometers to match the current, real-world shade of your car.
To make the repair invisible, we blend the basecoat into adjacent doors, hoods, or fenders, then spray a high-solids automotive clear coat across the entire panel. That eliminates hard paint lines and gives your car deep gloss and UV protection that lasts through harsh Quebec winters.
